National IMAGE Conference

National Image Inc, a National Hispanic Organization, is a 501(3)(c) nonprofit, advocacy organization established in 1971. Its mission is to empower Hispanics through leadership development, by advocating for Employment, Education and Civil Rights.

We accomplish our mission by providing training to local chapters throughout the United States with partnering support from Corporate, Private and Federal, state, county and city governments to develop leadership skills and advocacy for Hispanics.

National Image, Inc. is proud to host an outstanding four-days annual National Training Program (NTP) focused on professional development, leadership, centered on OPM Core Competencies, and topics that are integral to the recruitment, hiring, development and retention of Hispanics in the Federal workforce. As part of this program, National Image, Inc. offers special training sessions for Veterans and Youth.

The annual NTP and Career Fair provide attendees with employment opportunities and career development training to aid them in achieving their career goals. It also provides training to those individuals given the responsibility for managing the Hispanic Employment Program and other Human Resources programs in support of the Federal Government Diversity and Inclusion goals. We host a three day career fair that is open to the public.

The 43rd Annual National Training Program whose theme is: “Building, Uniting, Encouraging, Nurturing , and Outreach (BUENO),” to be held at the Houston Marriott Medical Center in Houston, Texas on September 21-24, 2015.We pleased to announce that the registration for the National Image, Inc. Annual National Training Program (NTP) is now open!! Register today to reserve your attendance at this quality based NTP. Additionally, our NTP conducts a three day Student Leadership Symposium. Partners will have an opportunity to interactive with the students. In addition, we will be hosting a Speed Mentoring event on Thursday, September 24, 2015. which is open to NTP attendees and local college/university students.

Support for National Image Inc. is derived from members, corporations, business, partnership and government participation. Our team is made up entirely of volunteers.

As we prepare for this upcoming NTP, we are seeking partnership interested in making a difference and joining us in this journey. First, we invite you to consider supporting this training by purchasing a recruitment booth in our exhibition hall. You will have an excellent opportunity to market your organization along with meeting professionals seeking employment.

Secondly, if you are unable to sponsor a booth, we request you consider partnering with us financially by sending your employees to this year’s NTP.

“Legacy, an Honorary Tribute: Past, Present, and Future” 2015 Legacy Honorees

IMAGE de NU is hosting its annual recognition ceremony and scholarship fundraiser on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at the Ogden Golf & Country Club located at 4197 Washington Bvld., Ogden, Utah 84403.  Our theme is “Legacy, an Honorary Tribute:  Past, Present and Future.”  Honorees include a long time champion of the Hispanic / Latino community, a present community advocate, as well as an up and rising student who represents our hope for the future.

Our honorees have collaborated with IMAGE de NU and many other local and statewide organizations in an effort to advance the Hispanic / Latino community in the areas of education, civic engagement and employment.

Proceeds from this event will go toward building up our scholarship fund.  These awards will allow Ogden-Weber Applied Technology College and Weber State University Hispanic / Latino students encountering financial challenges to continue their education without interruption.

We are inviting [Business Name] to join us as a co-sponsor of this important event;  sponsor levels are FAMIIA, $1000 plus (includes 10 tickets to the event); PRIMOS, $800 ~ 999 (includes 6 tickets), AMIGOS, $500 ~ 799 (includes 4 tickets), also your logo will be displayed on all marketing materials and you will be recognized throughout the evening.  Single tickets may be purchased at $50 which includes dinner.  IN-KIND Donations are also appreciated.
